Dulles Electric Supply – Return Policy
As Lighting Experts, we understand that sometimes you may not know if the light is going to work in your space until you open the box and see it in person. We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return the item for a refund or to exchange it for something else. We want you to be happy with your purchase and keep coming back to Dulles Electric Supply. We stock most fixtures in our warehouse, however, for items that we do not stock, restocking fees will be applied.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt to be valid.
- If returned to the incorrect location or returned in a damaged or
unsellable condition, fixture may still be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your refund or no refund able to be issued. - On all orders returned within 30 days of delivery, NO restocking fees will be applied.
- No orders will be returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Before ordering large quantities of the same product, we encourage you to ask for detailed information and if needed, samples to help ensure your order is correct.
Damaged Items Policy
- Please inspect your product immediately after receiving it.
- If you received a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us prior to requesting return. In most cases we can provide replacement glass or parts so that you may proceed with your installation schedule.
- If the item is damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and contact us.
Final Sale Return Policy
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Final Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing, or preference.
This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases of Final Sale merchandise.
The following are considered NON-RETURNABLE
- Any item that is marked as non returnable
- Any custom-made or custom-built fixture
- Clearance items, custom quotes, special discounts, and orders of ten
or more units - Any item that is not in resalable condition
- Any item that is not in its original box with the original packaging
materials and assembly instructions - Any item that was installed.
- Light bulbs, glass, parts and shades
- Any item without the correct RMA number written on a separate sheet taped to the box.
- For oversized or freight items, you are responsible for all shipping
charges back to our warehouse. You are also responsible for providing
proof of return tracking of the package.
